The Woods Workshop in Costa Rica

Sharing a few from my trip to the amazingly beautiful country of Costa Rica! I went down for a photography workshop called The Woods Workshop. I got to meet photographers from different parts of the world and learn from some awesome people! It was great to get a peek into how others brains work in the photography industry! The craziest thing is I originally booked this trip when I was at a stage of “I’m not sure if I want to travel more and try to tap into destination weddings, or if I wanted to stay local to Pennsylvania and some surrounding states.” Usually when I go on trips and vacations I have more travel fever and I start wishing I could make more time for more adventures. This time around it was a more grounding experience . It was just what I needed at this point in my life. It made me realize I love what I do, but my happy place right now is in my new home with Jake and my fur babies. Sometimes you need to travel half way across the world to realize you want to be home for a while 🙂 . I had an amazing time there and learned from some awesome photographers! I cannot wait to implement the things I learned into my work! Here are some of my favorites from the trip!
